Our Vision of Health and Wellness

Our vision of healthcare is a partnership between you and your physician to promote one’s unique health and wellness. We know that there is no one “prescription” for any given problem. We are interested in exploring how each individual can apply what we have learned over centuries of human experience to their specific situations to achieve optimal health. While we take being excellent at our work here very seriously, we also believe in having fun and laughing. We hope that you will join us in making the doctor's office a special place again. We focus on utilizing the innate powers of movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, social interactions, sunlight and self understanding/awareness first. Then we combine this with the miracles of modern medicine to tailor personal treatment plans that account for your unique risks.
